This is gonna be an unpopular statement but I actually have a lot of respect for Luke. He's done many great things for Destiny and will hopefully continue to do so. Sure, he has made mistakes but who here can say they haven't? Even if he did tear my soul out by saying Guardians with continue to be mute in D2, I'll always respect the man. If people disagree with me, that's cool but I have faith in his decision making.

  • I trust Luke Smith, and honestly I don't know why so many people dislike him so much. Even the things he "did wrong" aren't good enough reasons to hate him.

They just see others talking shit and jump on the "Luke Smith sucks" train cuz it's the new thing all the "Kool kids" are doing because of course no one can think for themselves...

It's because his sarcastic interviewing tone results in plenty of statements the community can take out of context. The guy's harmless in reality, people just want a scapegoat and he's unintentionally become the perfect one.
