U commented earlier. I love hand cannons as well, the buff a lot of people are asking for isn't a substantial change, it just gets rid of rng bullets and makes them more reliable. I'm a skilled pvper and continue to use hand cannons and will continue to do so. I don't understand how u think this mechanic is OK since this mechanic only exist on hand cannons. I'm not saying hand cannons aren't awesome right now but I'm saying that shots that shouldn't miss are what get lots of hand cannon users killed. If this mechanic existed on other weapons, people would be outraged. This mechanic didn't exist in year 1 and hand cannons were a lot more reliable. Lol and a few were op but that was because of their dmg numbers, not their accuracy.
