The thing is I've already paid the full price for it. They do that so it saves you queuing for hours at midnight.

It is your right to get your money back if the product you ordered is not in the state they said it would be. Edit: Don't expect discount though. Btw, probably only the packaging is damaged, not all the contents.

I hope it's just packaging. They said I can take it and they will replace it later. I'll call them tomorrow and find out the extent of the damage.
