Players with bad KD have a right to decent matches too and don't belong in the same matches as you. If you shut them up, then since SBMM weights "wins" above all else, then you probably enjoy when they are on your team and yolo/suicide match after match to get SBMM to recognize them as bad players and give them matches without people like you... in which they can get their quest final blows done. Yes, bad players aren't stupid. They can notice SBMM patterns, discover what works to make SBMM work *for them* and then do it, even when it ruins the "good players" matches. Forcing bad players into good player games is just as bad for you as it is for them. Use your brain for once.
