Through the psn store on a pc. Sony have replied stating the purchase was made but activision have not activated it ingame

    In full honesty, I would call them back. You buy from SONY ! They should contact activision over your purchase, NOT YOU ! Dont accept such horrible service ! They are responsible since you bought it from THEM, the rest are poor excuses !

  • I am not leaving this lie. I am repeatedly contacting them and have made several complaints over poor performance and service. I will get what I am owed and if there is any decency a simple apology. Not in the least looking for compensation. Just what I am owed

  • Ya keep bitching at Sony. It is their responsibility to make sure what you purchased from them gets to you. We shouldn't have to contact 3 different companies when one company can fix it.

Just saying that where you bought, they have to solve... its pathetic that they sent you to THEIR distributor... that is not how you do business ;-) in other words... you got them by the ballz ;-) Trust me if anything these companies hate is bad publicity ;-) And that is what you are giving them on this forum...ok in small dose... but of course you could spread it futher IF they dont solve this soon... its only logical response to poor service and what they deserve Get my point ;-)
