Lost silver purchase

Hi Chris, Thanks for your e-mail about Destiny. As you might know, games for PlayStation 4 are made by many different companies and that Destiny is published by Activision. We can inform that you have bought the points but they have not yet been redeemed in the game so you should contact Activision to have them available. You might find some help with this game on their website at: http://support.activision.com/ If you're having problems with your console or PlayStation Network please contact PlayStation Support using the contact details below or by replying to this e-mail. Thank you, Cosetta PlayStation Support This is in regard to a purchase of 2000 silver for ps4 made on 14/4/16. I can find no link on here or activision to contact the developers to make my purchase available to me in game which is all I would like. Does anybody know the email address of customer support so I can sort this issue out?

    • Have followed all the steps and filled in the contact form so fingers crossed I have not lost my money and receive what I purchased

      Same situation for me, Sony e PayPal have confirmed the successful paymaent, but no silver in game. I try all the solution on the site (login logout change char) and i send 2 ticket at bungie. I bought 3400 silver (30 euro). Bungie fix this problem please. 14/04/2016 @ 12:55 PM this is the exact time when i buy the silver

    • How did you purchase the silver? By in game? Through the store on console (not in game) or by pc/app?
