The elite controller thing is part true. I had mine for a little over a year (no more warranty) and the bumper broke on it. It's real easy to replace them if you know what to do. I got 3 replacements for $5 and it took maybe 5-10 mins to fix. The headphones that come with Xboxes are junk. Had two have the mics quit in little over a month.

The only bumpers I've been able to find for under $10 were those knock off ones that look 3d printed. The real deal ones were always selling for $10-15. You needa hook me up with a link to where you got yours for around $5 my dude! I quit getting replacements since it'd cost $10/2 months(I bumper jump constantly), I'd also found a way to get rubber bands to hold them in place...... I'm a cheap one.

The ones I got are just black ones, wasn't going to spend $10 every time mine broke. I just got mine on eBay

You can go to amazon too. I just got some cheap ones to try them and they work just as good as the original ones. They are just black instead of silver.
