Infinite blindshotting 'till something happens to connect will become infinitely more valuable when the value per life goes exponentially up and the less you expose yourself to risk the better. You can (figuratively) spam hipfire shots until something happens to hit with Revoker. Each time bungo's nerfed a pvp pinnacle, it was because it offered too much effectiveness for too little effort. (In-use effort; not effort in aquiring the gun. The aquiring effort is irrelevant for balancing consideration). It's possible they'll tweak it.

  • But at the same time if you die from being sniped then you deserve it. And if someone misses you with the first shot then that should be news enough for you to hit the deck or get to cover. Plus if someone misses you then that’s not skill. But if they manage to hit you on the second round then that’s on you for being dumb enough to hang around in the open.

Normally there's risk in missing through the ammo loss. This makes missing have a negative impact and forces you to weight your shots. Revoker removes that risk, and your shots become free. You don't have to stand there and offer your head to them if they miss the first time, that wasn't the point. The point's that there's no ammo loss until a kill happens. The riskless potshots are free until something connects. They're free to run around the map from lane to another taking high-risk shots they normally wouldn't because there's no risk until the reward eventually happens. There's no ammo loss that'd force them to swap guns away from that playstyle and punish the risk when it doesn't pay off. In an mode where every kill has exponential value that sorta playstyle can be very obnoxious and Revoker enables it indefinetly.

  • But it’s not an Auto Rifle. It’s a sniper rifle. If it was something like Business then it’d be broken. Which reminds me... Riskrunner should be banned. It breaks the Ammo economy.

Primaries and specials. And proc triggers. You're ignoring context.

  • Prof triggers same. And Riskrunner is like a handheld thunderlord. So therefore it’s unfair and broken and needs to be banned. Just using the same here eh.

The ammo return proc triggers aren't the same. One is passive, other isn't. Procced riskrunner has a primary equivalent optimal TTK (0.67, same as high impact pulses) and it's not an OHK or a sniper. You're ignoring context. If you want a proper discussion keep the strawmans stowed.

  • Revoker is a Sniper Rifle. It’s supposed to OHK if you get hit in the head. That’s why it’s called a Sniper Rifle. That’s it’s job. And no it’s not perfect because you gotta hit your target in the head. Plain English It’s a Sniper Rifle. You get a ohk if you hit target head. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I’ve bodied plenty of guardians and it’s only zeroed their shields. It’s not a ohk.

Now we return to my original arguments that were discussing snipers to begin with. You haven't provided actual counter-arguments. I said it's an OHK. You confirm it and then argue against it in the next sentence. You're contradicting yourself with the OHK argument as a context.
