True, but saying that you're going to boycott the game over something so small is childish. If you like shaders good on you, but if you're playing D2 as a fashion simulator rather than a game you're doing it wrong.

  • It's faaaaaaaaaaaar far far far from a fashion simulator. It's actually kind of astonishing that the character customization didn't even change at all from D1 to D2... But that's a different discussion. I'm not boycotting, not even close. But I'm certainly willing to admit that it takes something away from the game. Obviously Activision has figured out how much we all love cosmetics, or this wouldn't have happened!

  • I guess I just care about shaders less. I will say making it a one use system is silly, but it doesn't spoil the experience a great deal for me.
