I think if this content was already out everyone would seen it rushed through it and be asking for more already. This kind of happen with SWTOR. Millions played to level 50 the first 6 months and then they had to merge 100 servers to like 15. Iduno how WoW stays so active. SWTOR wasn't prepared to offer more so quick and lost everyone besides there loyals.
