Where is Xür?
It seems to me that I cannot find him. I'm either blind or he hasn't spawned yet. Any thoughts?

Something's messed up today. I found him yesterday in the lounge by the dead orbit guy. Finally amassed 13 strange coins today and he was just gone. Maybe he's taking the week off to have Thanksgiving dinner with The Nine.
