I've been trying to collect all the Ghost Fragment Grimoire entries, but unfortunately it seems like that will be an impossible feat given the fact that this glitch exists. I have tried to get the Dead Ghost where it should be located only to find nothing. I looked up known errors and it seems that this Ghost has been glitched since the Beta. I have tried the glitch to fall under the map but the Dead Ghost is not present there either. Is there going to be a fix for us completionists soon?
