Confused about forum layout
I don't understand this forum's layout. I've been a regular on a different account here since 2007. I took a long break and I return to a very confusing forum layout. Can someone give me a quick rundown? Why are all the "Trending" topics just necro-bumps? Are topics normal topics, or is there some weird system in place I'm not understanding? What does the badge symbol to the right of the topic mean?
