During the Forensic Horology quest and immediately after scanning an object for step 3, I tried to answer the call from Ikora for step 4 while holding a tangle. My character slowed for a moment while the "Answer Call" interact key was on screen, and then went back to normal speed after holding the interact key. No audio or visual effect was played for the call. The tangle stayed in my character's hands.
