Dyadic Ascension Exotic Quest - Osseous Fragment Missing
The osseous fragment in the Mausoleum underneath the bridge is not there. I have went back to orbit and come back into this location several times but it won’t spawn. I am stuck on 17 of 18 fragments found. Can someone please help.

We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this would cause concern. For our investigation, could you kindly clarify whether you gathered all the fragments with a single character, or with alternate characters in addition to that which you began Dyadic Ascension with?
