as the title says, my friends and i were doing the malfeasance quest, they were helping me do the last 2 steps, but the last step bugged, they have both done full team wipes like 10 times combined and i still only have 33% completion. both of them said that it has happened on a number of occations in the past, one of them even said it happaned to him as well. can't find any way to send in a support ticket, so this was my last bet. please help bungie.
