Prime Gaming

This may be the wrong place to be posting this, however- after contacting Amazon for help on 5 occasions, they ultimately told me to contact Bungie's team (I don't know how to do that so here I am). Essentially, with the Spring Showers Exotic Bundle on Prime Gaming, it states that I have claimed the bundle on the 14th of April, however I have yet to do so- Amazon's technical team says on their system I have not claimed the bundle. The website physically does not allow me to claim the bundle, because I apparently already have done so (I have checked many times in-game). I am hoping that somehow me posting here can get this issue rectified. Thank you

  • I had the same problem for months. But the solution was quite weird. If you have any other items in the kiosk, claim them all out. If your problem is the same as mine, you'll see the newer stuff pop-up out of nowhere. Hope that works for you.
