Cross save account issue.
Hello, i’m not sure if i’m posting this in the right spot but this is my first time posting on the forum.
Long story short this is my old bungie account and I made a new one due to the fact that I can’t access my xbox or playstation account linked to this account. I do want to use my Steam account though with my new bungie account however i can’t sign into my playstation and xbox account to unlink the cross save from my account.
I was hoping that someone from bungie would be able to unlink the steam account for me so I will be able to use it. I’m fine with waiting the relink period I would just really like to be able to play destiny from my steam account again. thank you

3 RisposteModificato da EckyThump: 8/26/2023 1:14:28 AMHey there, this is the right place for this kind of question. Bungie will not unlink accounts or modify cross-save under any circumstance. You'll need to work with Microsoft and Sony to recover the login credentials for those accounts.
