Can't get Amazon Prime rewards
I've been trying to redeem my Amazon Prime account rewards for a while now, but they haven't worked for me since January 2022. They appear as redeemed on my Prime Gaming account, but don't appear on my Bungie.net account under the Partner Rewards history ([url]https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners[/url]) even if I hit "refresh" or on Amanda Holliday's inventory. Only my redemptions previous to Jan 2022 appear in the history.
I've been trying to follow the troubleshooting section of Prime Gaming support ([url]https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498571-Prime-Gaming-Support-for-Destiny-2[/url]), but nothing has helped. My Twitch account appears correctly in the linked accounts of my Bungie.net profile page.
What else can I do? Thanks.

1 RispondiI had trouble months ago claiming on Amazon app. Destiny icon would show with claim button below. Would show I claimed but I wouldn’t get the items. Clicking the Destiny icon and hitting “claim” on the subsequent page has worked since.
