In the early days of Destiny 2 this Super-Display was visible all the time in "Quickplay" playlist (which is now Control today). If Bungie would really care about players getting better, they would make control be as competitive as Trials when it comes to the UI. Let us see the Super Bar all the time, without pulling out your ghost (forcing you to put away your weapons and cancel sprint). The first step to make players become more competitive is by allowing them to see competitive-relevant informations!
