This all a non issue at this point. It’s already happened and the Recluse is still good at clearing out adds. It’s just at a more appropriate level for a Legendary weapon.

You fail to understand that it was never over powered. Something that can clear out ads very well is not over pwoered. And as for it being a non issue, that's just because it was swept under the rug. It was never resolved.

It was better than any other SMG in its category by a solid margin. Personally I couldn’t have cared one way or the other but it was objectively OP by comparison.
