This happened previously and seems to be returning. Here is what seems to happen: I login, see a new post has been made, click the bell icon on top right, and right-click to open another tab and return back. Each time I do this however, the bell notification keeps saying 1 new still active. Even after clearing all the messages? I still have 1 new. Login in on my phone however, and it doesn't display it at all.
