At this point, there are really only 2 options to fix this super bullshit in PvP, and both options no one wants.
1. [b]Buff[/b] all supers and [i]keep them buffed.[/i]
2. [b]Remove[/b] them from PvP entirely.

I personally think that rather than nerf shotguns, buff everything else within reason.
