Lost Days of Iron Ornaments
Today, roughly around 5-15 minutes ago from 8:10pm New Zealand time, I bought several Radiant Treasures from Eververse to get 4 Days of Iron Ornaments for my armour. Once I had all 4, I used them on my armour but could only upgrade two armour pieces, and I have no more DoI Ornaments left.
What happened to the 2 lost Ornaments, and how do I get them back?

1 RispondiBoots and gauntlets require one and unfortunately the chest piece and helmet require two.
