Crowd Control + Reactive Reload on NL Shadow 701X - Perk Combo?
I got a NL Shadow 701X, and it has Crows Control and Reactive Reload, do these two stack?

3 RisposteIt would but Crowd Control only lasts a short time. Like 2 seconds. Reloading takes up most of the Crowd Control buff. Then getting a kill, reloading will get you the Reactive Reload buff for a few seconds of boosted damage. Crowd Control could stack if you got a kill during the Reactive Reload buff but it would only be for a short time.
