It's worth it, Spindle is a boss killer. What my team did was clear the first 2 rooms as quickly as possible (focusing blights first) and got to the boss with just under 7 mins left. In the boss room focus blights first, than adds, than rush the boss...Titan puts out bubble on him than all 3 beat him to death with their swords. When his health is at about half more adds will spawn so be cautious of that, when the boss is dead focus blights, than adds. Get that done in time and you get your Spindle. The boss dies quick, the adds are the what will make or break your run.
