I woke up today after coming home from work last night and purchasing the Light and Dark Saga Dungeon Key Pack. I paid for £39.99 silver. I turned the game off because I was tired and not ready to play, I've woke up this morning and its telling me to buy the dungeon keys anytime I try to play one of the dungeons. So the content I've paid for is now not available to me. Then I took to the support pages and reddit. Reddit wasn't much help but the support pages had a "form" for me to click on and fill out. I've clicked on this link, many times, and it take me nowhere but the bungie.net home screen. I just want to try Solo Flawless duality but I can't. Please can someone help me with this issue ASAP - ADDED: Now while posting this I've received "we've encountered an error". This is ridiculous, I miss when we could just email support teams...
