Mine has finally started working after ACT 3 release. Looks like it auto-completed the step!

Yeah no problem! Weird there wasn’t any sort of note about this at all

I'm hoping come next week and a new step coming out maybe that will help resync quest progress. If not at least hopefully this will make a known issues list soon.
