On my Titan I grabbed the rfits, changed the slab to the act 2 version, then it changed back to act 1 version and the Act 2 quest disappeared. Reacquiring it from the slab has it stuck at Step 2 to find the rifts. No rifts appear anymore. Even tried it with teammate who had that same step active. Also tried progressing on alt. The alt character saw it and progressed just fine but Titan still stuck. EDIT 4/1/25: Mine has finally started working after ACT 3 release. Looks like it auto-completed the step!
