I think you missed the entire last paragraph of my previous post. I suggest you take your own advice and re-read it. My point is that you are unable to purchase all available content past and present, without paying for the same content twice, unless you purchase all the individual DLC separately. My second, and lesser point, is that if you follow the normal track of higher editions, they include all the benefits of the lesser tiers. The Legendary edition implies that it comes with all previous content, and nowhere does it state that it only comes with the current seasonal content. The normal person would not read both descriptions and assume the one that claims to contain all previous expansions does not include content that the one which only is for the current DLC explicitly says it contains. I don't think it's fair to assume someone who has not purchased content should know exactly what their DLC will unlock, and the technicalities of things it does not unlock.
