This should guarantee all weapons and all armour.
It doesn't.
Today on DO 3 shotty, 2HC.
FWC 3 chest, 3 HC.
NM 2 scout, 2 auto.
Smart loot at its worst, and feels like it's persuading me to stop, instead of grind more.
