Unfortunately, its not even close to p2w. Your not given any end game gear. The lv booster doesnt max out your lv(only to lv 25 max lv 40). In other words it doesnt give any unfair advantages. Telp can be bought at vendor, not hard to get.

Pay-to-Win wouldn't sell if people could spend fifty bucks extra and immediately zip to the end of the game. The boosts are smaller, more incremental, and tempting to rationalize away as "just a time saver". Just like these transactions in Destiny.

You are WRONG. I have explained how it gives a benefit. Either take the time to actually read my post and attempt to understand it, or please don't talk to me any more because you're wasting my time. It's also standard practice in freemium or Pay-to-Win games to make things available through regular gameplay, but to sell shortcuts to the impatient for real world money. That's the classic Pay-to-Win and freemium model.
