Ya its dumb. There should be way way bigger reward to cap it then there is. Once everyone gets to 7 kills and everyone starts getting supers it's way way too hard to hold it down. 1 super can wipe the team

The key point is that the whole team shouldn't sit on the relic, unlike control, it doesn't cap faster with all 3 people in range. It is great if they do and you can tether them and wipe them out however.
