Shade step is meant as an evasive move, so it make sense tracking goes away after activation. It is just a counter, many things have counters in this game.

Bubble, shoulder charge *helps them dodge a little bit If timed right*, able to fly like superman *again if used correctly*

So you're saying I have to be either in a full sprint, or use my super in order to have so what if the the same ability as just double tapping crouch? Yeah that's balanced.

Actually ya it is because shoulder charge kills and dash does not. It is like you don't understand what balance is. They only need to work on bringing all weapons in line with each other because that is what is needed now.

While shade step allows you to disappear out of stuff and become completely immune to everything. The other lets you come back to life and spam sticky/tracking grenades.

No other evasion tactics in the game can shake off a tracer grenade. It makes those grenades obsolete. There should be a variant of that for every class if that's the case. By your logic then the blink jumps should be able to do the same thing since they also de-materialise and re-materialise. -
Your logic is because someone has a counter that means everyone should have a counter. Now everyone has a counter and everything is obsolete now because you want everything to have a counter. Some classes have counters and some don't, and that is fine it is normal to see.

Titans have a counter using twilight garrison, warlocks have a counter using blink jump. Is it fair that these classes can't shake off or evade half as well as shade step? Should we all just run void stalkers to be able to evade well? -
It's called balance. Every class should be relatively similar with only certain differences. Titans have no type of evasiveness, or a tracking grenade.

Yea I find that to be annoying while using my Titan. It would be nice to have an evasive move and tracking grenade. -

Agreed there do people not read up on nightstalkers use? It's defensive/support class nothing more it's not Overpowred you don't want to die by Nightstalker stay out of there territory unless you're certain you can take them down simple

The post isn't about the whole subclass. Just it's ability to evade everything thrown at it. Maybe we should all just run night stalker toto be able to evade. Then we'll see the people who love night stalker's complaining that it's being over used. -

Actually it strengthens his argument. Your very biased if your not using other classes to experience what everyone else is seeing happen whole versing hunters using different classes. Before telling people to sit down like your the one high and mighty look at where he's coming from. Have some respect. -

I could be wrong but I don't think the twilight garrison can shake off tracers. Or maybe that's what you meant? Which in that case, is a great point. If Twilight garrison is an evasive move, like blink jump, then why can't it avoid being traced by activation? -
