What if the generation, say 13 generations from now, are completely gay? I guess it's the last generation, end of all humanity, apocalypse, whatever you want to call it. You did take sex ed, right?

Not really most likely they'd make an agreement where gay coupled A (females) will take in gay couple B (males )sperm So if both sides want a child and both females agree to being inseminated Both sides get one(assuming twins,triplets esc don't happen).

Dude, there has always been gay people and there has always been straight people. There's not going to be a time where straight people are the minority, let alone completely cease to exist. And this is coming from someone who's religious.

You know gay people aren't infertile right? They can still breed if they want to. If the future of the species depended on it I'm sure they wouldn't just say "ewwwwww gross" and watch us fade away into oblivion. Then of course there's the fact that we have invented many other ways of producing offspring rather than just by sex. Even if you couldn't persuade a single gay person to have sex with a straight person you could just have test tube babies.

Yeah, it's at least theoretically possible (at the moment) for two members of the same sex to have a child that is biologically related to both of them. Stem cells would be taken from one woman and reprogrammed to be a special cell which is then joined with an egg and implanted into whoever is going to be the physical mother... Pretty much the same method for two men but instead a stem cell is reprogrammed to be an egg cell and they then find a surrogate willing to host their child.
