The funny thing about this is that obviously they assume legions of D2 PvP players happily joining/moving to Marathon after it being released.
Motivation by attrition.

I doubt a large number of players will join that game. People will try it out. But I kept hearing and reading that the numbers of marathon views or likes were rigged. Idk I always wait till it's out to give positive feedback. Myself, as much I wish bungie would fix its game. I dont think I'll buy their new game. I've been stuck on the same 4 or 5 games. Battlefield, Destiny 2, overwatch 2, rainbow six seige, and call of duty. Every time a new game is released. My friends and I will try it, or one of them will. After a while, we stopped playing cause it didn't meet our standards or we finished the game and had nothing else to do.

We shall see I guess.

Yep. I haven’t the slightest interest in an extraction shooter, and certainly not in the bungle PvP teams misguided take on one.

I’m not familiar with Extraction Shooters, is it similar to Division? I know Rust is one but I’ve never played it.
