Urgent help deactivating crossave
Sold my pc & xbox almost 9 months ago for family reasons, a week ago I bought a new pc and when I wanted to enter my steam account I couldn't, got in contact with steam and got back my account in 3 days, when I entered my steam account a lot of things where changed so I panicked and checked what was changed on bungie, there was a unknow psn account associated with my crossave but it doen't let me turn crossave off, is there a way to contact bungie support and try to turn it off so I don't lose any more things on my account ?

3 RepliesHello there[url=https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/902560216871239752/978300950097842206/giphy.gif],[/url] In order to unlink an account, you first have to disable cross save and/or unlink accounts, you must be able to authenticate the accounts. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning recovering the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to the account, then you will not be able to deactivate cross save or unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.

1 ReplyBu....but how did that psn join your cross save?? That's what would worry me, they need all the login details from your steam in order to add a psn, so someone has all your details. That would bug me.

Nope. You'll have to work with PSN to access that PSN account.

No way to contact them directly and even if there was, they couldn't and wouldn't help you with that.
