Get a Luna’s Howl learn to back pedal and hit headshots....I play hunter and not a day goes by I don’t gun down at least one nova warp every other game by my dang self. Then of course I drop a nice teabag and save my blade barrage to get a nice multi kill instead of a super shutdown or I save my spectral blades so I can shank people slightly less unmolested by any other super in the game....pro tip you can see when the enemy team has a super up and the game tells you in red letters an enemy used their super. Preferably before they pop a super in your face you keep an eye on it and know they will have it soon. so I’d try to avoid being around a couple players because that’s just nova warp bait being in a group...nothing screams “super me now!” like juicy blueberries huddled up in a basket. secondly I’d try to be near a very long sight line or hiding away from my team. The long sight line so if he does come after just you it’s easier to mow him down if there isn’t much cover around...those tips get me several nova warp shut downs with a primary weapon daily. Good luck....ALSO titans and hunters both have exotics to make their supers OP as hell but!!!! Nova Warp didn’t get a fancy infinite super exotic like blade barrage and bannershield...just saying I think bungie may have done that intentionally knowing that it’s a strong super already but as I said...most people aren’t skilled with it and are easily shut down if you think ahead and stay aware of vital game information being given to you both auditory and visually. In a few weeks I’ll be the nova warp on here slicing and dicing people with spectral blades. Everyone on the forums will say how dirty and sneaky if a ninja I am running around invisible killing their whole team for FIVE minutes straight and they’ll leave out the part you can kill me or a golden gun or an arc strider with a simple shotgun/melee combo if you had tried.
