I say yes. Make Tractor Cannon a special weapon. I mean if Telesto is allowed to be a special weapon why the hell can't Tractor cannon. Let us see how many telesto fan bois got triggered by this. Every one keeps talking about the void debuff and bla bla bla but tractor cannon can suppress enemies. I would love to pull tractor cannon out any time I want just to shut down a f*cking nova warp and kill the warlock abusing the shit out of that broken ass super. And yes Nova warp is literally broken cause it is no secret at all that it can kill through walls and Warlocks are abusing the shit out of that. 90% of warlocks in pvp are running nova warp and I would just love to shut them down any time I want and give them a big old middle finger.

You'd be giving too much power to one warlock when they have that, Rockets, and nova bomb on the ready. I know that's what mine would do. He loves his first shotgun. (Just need Felwinter's lie back now to honor him...wish I thought of that in D1)

Lecture time!!! Yyyaaaaayy! No. Getting hit by tractor cannon makes you take a near 40 percent extra damage, and then some if you hit with a void weapon. Not to mention it suppressed enemies making it so they can’t double jump, throw grenades, class abilities etc. Don’t change. But change acrius.
