Howdy!
Have you tried restarting your browser; and what browser are you using? Default I would suggest using the Google Chrome browser.
Additionally, if redeemed while you're in-game, you have to sign out and back in for it to appear in your Collections under "Flair" then "General".

google chrome, still directly applied it to PSN without allowing me to choose either XBOX or PC.

If so, you should get in touch with the Bungie Store via this link: https://bungiestore.com/pages/customer-service Edit: Explain everything if you contact the Bungie Store, in good detail as well, and provide screenshots, videos, etc.

it didnt gave me the option to choose either one, it literally said "redeemed on psn", therefore i can't access it. not even with my crosssave
