I cant redeem my Septenary Encryption on Steam profile
I'm trying to redeem the Septenary Encryption that's out today and when i go to redeem it, it only says xbox. like i dont want to redeem it there cause they are 2 different accounts of mine.
More people that got this?

10 RepliesHi there. Thanks for reporting this to us. Have you tried using another browser to redeem this emblem? For those who did redeem and can't find it, did you restart Destiny 2 then look in your Collctions>Flair>General section?

I have the same issue, I play on steam but only has playstation available as an option

Same here. I played on Xbox a long time ago but play solely on PC now. And it's only giving me the option to redeem it on Xbox.

I'm having the exact same issue and was just about to create a post when I saw yours. Only platform I can select is xbox. Trying to redeem on playstation. What's the deal Bungie?

Same here. Havent played xbox in years but its the only option, steam isnt listed.

I was only getting Xbox Live as an option in the drop-down menu despite never playing Destiny 2 on Xbox until I unlinked my Xbox Live account from my Bungie account. I'm now able to select Steam as an option to redeem the emblem on.

Yup. I play on PSN, but my only option is Xbox Live. I think there's a fair few people with this issue right now, I hope it gets sorted soon. That emblem is cool as hell.

Additionally, if redeemed while you're in-game, you have to sign out and back in for it to appear in your Collections under "Flair" then "General".

I had an odd issue where I was able to redeem it a few days ago, but now its not in my collections and I cant redeem the code again
