I believe those come from the various obelisks after upgrading them to a certain level.

I've got all of the obelisks mods but there's 4 more mods that's still locked, I've looked online and found that everybody had them from the start, No obelisks needed to get these.

Edited by abc8719: 12/27/2019 9:38:11 PMNo thats not true look in you're collections and then mods you can see that shield break charge comes from bounties and upgrading the obelisk. the other ones i didn't search but i think thats the same thing. you need to unlock them and then buy them you don't get them for free! Update: Look at general and then 3 tab you can see them. All obelisk mods you need to upgrade the obelisk and then buy the mods!
