I was given the warning about poor internet connection a few weeks back
I’m in the same situation as you unable to complete my sub classes due to fear of a ban . Unfortunately I don’t have a option to switch ISP’s in my area .
Maybe bungie should put two paths for quest rewards in the game for those of us that are being affected by internet issues at this time .

Yes but the real issue is "why be ban for poor network?" There is also players who are restricted even no playing gambit and pvp. BUNGIE use an auto ban for players who have some lag? Because I don't know-how bungie can restrict players who never play in pvp. For finish, be laggy don't annoying only the other player, be laggy annoying ourself and for this we deserve a ban? I don't think so
