I finally decide to post here because nobody from BUNGIE decide to help person in my infortunate situation.
I have already post to the BUNGIE support since 1 months and i haven't a response..
I was ban for 2 weeks and immediatly for 2 months from GAMBIT and PVP because of network lag. The problem is what am i supposed to do when I NEED to go in gambit in order to up my STASIS subclass ?
The quest require to finish 3 game with stasis and kill 60 monsters in gambit to continue the STASIS control BUT I HAVE A RESTRICTION. (i have screenshots to prove this).
I'm really patient with this but i realize i have payed BEYOND LIGHT and i can't play his contents.
I want to notice BUNGIE if players was patients during last season of arrivals because of the pandemic coronavirus (Lake of contents, bugs, 2 additional months for this season), why BUNGIE are not patient with is community who still here ?
The problem for me and surely for a lot of people in the same annoying situation are here : this restrictions appear at the same time of BEYOND LIGHT starting.
Maybe our network is sometimes laggy because of the pandemic situations, many people are homeworking and THIS can be decrease the network for many players, but Destiny still only game with this ban issue.
Even with the official demand on the BUNGIE support they still silent. I really hope a solution because I never want to be punish for a problem who is not mine. I have fiber, no network problem since 4 years i've played Destiny and this problem start during the BEYOND LIGHT DLC.
I really appreciate a response and solution for this because the BUNGIE support never respond to me and all others players who i was encoutered for the same restriction.
Bests regards,

6 RepliesBungie doesn´t care about us players, who have those issues. Toxic players do simply not understand what the pandemic is doing to every network around the world! Destiny is really the ONLY game who is handing out restrictions and bans (even permanent ones)! We, as the paying customers cannot control the "poor internet issue" because of exactly what´s going on around the world right now. Does anyone even think about that? NO! Instead, we´re getting toxic & stupid answers from player who might be lucky and don´t have any issues. But those players are selfish as hell because they might be able to afford a huge amount of money for their so called "super internet", but not everyone is lucky enough to have a job right now. Did u toxic players even thought once about the fact, that so many people lost their jobs because of the pandemic? Millions of people are forced to work from home and that is effecting the network in a bad way! Do u all (that are giving us toxic answers) think, that it´s fun for us to constantly being kicked out of the game? The only thing u can say is, "u´re ruining OUR game experiences! The game is not for u alone but for everyone who wants to enjoy their time in Destiny 2!

1 ReplyMaybe not what you want to hear, but play something else. I don't understand why anyone would stick to a product that treats them like this. Let Bungie shoot themselves in the foot.

The report shows that Destiny 2 is one of the highest data users, and that many putting time into other video games may not incur as much data usage. WhistleOut's report compares the numbers for several popular games, and Destiny 2 comes out on top by 50MB per hour, which is a pretty hefty amount.

1 ReplyI have exactly the same problem, never had any problem with internet until now. I find frustrating that players like me and you are suffering from what's happening around us. Yes, internet now is on high demand, with people working from home. Therefore I would appreciate that bungie as a product, notify us as customers of any issues regarding network before the implementation of a direct ban on pvp

2 RepliesI was given the warning about poor internet connection a few weeks back I’m in the same situation as you unable to complete my sub classes due to fear of a ban . Unfortunately I don’t have a option to switch ISP’s in my area . Maybe bungie should put two paths for quest rewards in the game for those of us that are being affected by internet issues at this time .
