Wow, way to completely miss the point:

To simplify, cops are not blue people, just like no other occupation should be equated with ethnic or cultural differences.

Correct. You are part of a class that founded this country and built wealth off the backs of other races. Though you may have not personally contributed to that, "BLM" is acknowledging that our system inherently treats people of color and black people worse.
