A head shot plus waiting for the burn will drop a player to around 25% health. It can 2 shot so long as 1 of them is a head shot. Im not complaining either its a great gun, but i prefer RD myself. Anyone without it will say its OP then once they get it and level it they either adjust to it or stop using it after awhile. Im really not a fan of HC's

In PvP I use red death but 80% of the time I use judgment 6. But that's less relevant to this guy's post.

It's pretty crazy, I bought one when they sold it IB then got another randomly after a match, I rerolled it a couple times and finally got those 2 perks together

I haven't been able to get the rank to buy a weapon from IB. The only challenges I do are the 10k exp and headshots. And bungie's RNG I've never got a legendary from IB.
