I think we should have a rarity for Bounties because lets be honest there comes a point were Bounties become not worth the effort when they don't reward enough If we had Rarity's for them for example a Uncommon Bounty or a Rare Bounty or a Legendary one I mean they could all be for different rewards and the more rare a bounty is the more chances for actually getting a rarer bounty and you earn these just like you earn Exotics by handing in bounties!
