Wait, what? Are they updating once a day?

They say its for updates and "maintenance" which means its probably just going to ping the servers to make sure there are no system errors, hacking, mods, or available updates.

Modifié par cB557 : 5/22/2013 9:44:23 PM...that doesn't really sound like something that would be worth locking down your system if it can't check..... so either... they're being incredibly stupid, or they aren't going to shut down your system if you can't do it......... this is the first time that I've really considered that the quote is innacurate. Then again, there's many a story of businesses being incomprehensibly stupid. Hacking and mods would seem like something that it might be worth it for, but then you realise that if they're offline then they're not affecting anyone.

They said that you have to connect every 24 hours.... it is quite ambiguous, but that's the impression most of us are getting. I suppose it could've been misinterpreted by us though. Suppose it seems rather likely, in fact.
