The "recent stream" was for charity. Don't spam technical support complaints in an unrelated stream.

This is the most idiotic argument that can justify banning those who asked about the error on this stream :D
-
If there was another way of delivering the message, or the devs would not ignore the situation, no one would be spamming
-
If there was another way of delivering the message, or the devs would not ignore the situation, no one would be spamming
If you are going outside of the method of reporting and support (the forums) dont be surprised when moderation does their job. Do you really think random streamers or staff from the Bungie foundation are going to answer tech questions?
-
That is -blam!- ridiculous I don't ask Bungie Foundation to answer me. We raise the issue so the main Bungie will be aware of. Why are you so straightforwaded
-
I don't ask Bungie Foundation to answer me. We raise the issue so the main Bungie will be aware of. Why are you so straightforwaded
The tream was on Bungie Foundation's channel and was streaming a Bungie Foundation charity event. Bungie has stated many times they are aware of it. I am straight forward for clairity.
-
As i said, they stated it ONLY ON FORUMS, in direct scripted answers through the forum moderators. It will be seen by less than 0.1% of playerbase They don't state in in TWID and Twitter and any other public sources by themselves, that is what raising suspicions and makes community mad. Why do I have to chew it for you?
-
As i said, they stated it ONLY ON FORUMS, in direct scripted answers through the forum moderators. It will be seen by less than 0.1% of playerbase
The forums is their support system for game and they use it for OFFICIAL communitations. Even the Twid you are demanding is this very same website that houses the forums.
It will be seen by less than 0.1% of playerbase
AND? Is the playerbase fixing the game? Those who are impacted, already know about it, and those who are not impacted dont matter for it.
They don't state in in TWID and Twitter and any other public sources by themselves, that is what raising suspicions and makes community mad.
And I refer to my question, does the same answer being listed in a different place fix the problem? An official account, has stated they are aware and investigating the issue. Yes it is scripted, all answers will be scripted just as every answer they have ever given is, that is corporate world. You dont have to chew anything. I will offer this in closing though, your expectations of have answers provided in only the method you want is going to only add to your frustrations. Bext of luck to you.

Modifié par Ermac51 : 9/20/2025 6:12:16 PMIf you are too blind to see and understand it, spare me your white knighting bullshit And after 11 years preordering every single expansion in max edition and donating lots of silver, I am expecting for the service continue to be provided at full capacity until i decide myself not to play anymore, Right now, even though I make breaks from the game (who does not), I am willing to continue playing. And I expect Bungie to continue providing me this service as they did for 11 years now
-
Modifié par Shark_Shank : 9/20/2025 6:13:40 PMNot white knighting, just trying to understand how you think have unimpacted people who are not the devs read about the issue is going to fix it. You are so focused on where the message is posted it is laughable. Cheese and Lucky have had thousands of eyes on the issue...is it fixed yet?
-
Modifié par Ermac51 : 9/20/2025 6:14:59 PMYes, I am focused, because i have the right to want to be heard. You having problems with that? -blam!- off then
-
But you are not asking to be heard. You are telling Bungie how you want to them to speak. Bungie has the right to post where they want. You are not even caring about the message, only where it is posted. You cannot even articulate why you think the same message on the twid is going to fix the issue. More visiblity would only matter if Bungie had never replied to a post and was totally ghosting, they are not. You just dont like where the message is coming from. Again best of luck in getting twid published.
-
Modifié par Ermac51 : 9/20/2025 6:08:01 PMYes, it will change everything, Sending some hired moderators to copypaste scritped answers inside the forum nobody cares about is a VERY DIFFERENT STORY compared to actually posting the issue on their social networks with hundreds of thousand players reading
-
Why? How does 100k people of which 99 percent are not impacted, fix the issue. You are wanting visability of those who cannot help.
Sending some hired moderators to copypaste scritped answers
Versus what? Hired community manager copypaste on a blog post on the same site that has the forums?
-
Yes. Because TWIDs are actually read by people, instead of a no-one-cares forum talk
-
Who cares -blam!- it, I read it, you read it, did it fix any issues? No one cares about the twid or social post. Look at their social, any post about any topic is just a flame. The people who can id the fix know about it those who are impacted know about it. Timmy down the block knowing aint going to change anything.
-
Modifié par Ermac51 : 9/20/2025 6:19:44 PMAre you dumb or what? Publically acknowledging the issue will make players fell better and stop spamming bullshit on their forums. It will make people feel better knowing that they are heard, and the issue is really being worked on. Until people receive an official answer from bungie on OFFICIAL WEB PAGES and not some moderator scripted answers, we will continue to spam the crap out of this forum, like it or not Until they don't provide a clear post on their social media, I consider them not giving a single -blam!- about the issue
-
Are you dumb or what?
Nope
Publically acknowledging the issue will make players fell better and stop spamming bullshit on their forum
Like it or not, the forums are public. They post official updates here all the time. The forums are their OFFICIAL webpage and only support for their game. Spam away, but do not be surprised by what happens. As you can see on a lot of the posts, support for your cause is already starting to wane. I have tried to have a civil conversation with you and you have resorted to insults and telling me to eff off. Like I said before, I hope the issue is resolved before it has been around long enough to warrant being added to the Known issues list, some of those items have been there for months or longer.
-
Modifié par Ermac51 : 9/20/2025 6:33:20 PMYes, and if you don't like it, you can F off. Yes, because i am frustrated and have every single -blam!- right to be so. You are not the one to tell me to calm down, until I see an official Bungie statement, I will turn upside down every single stone I can, until the game is fixed, or I get said "you are blocked from playing the game, F off". And I will do it because i -blam!- care about what I love. And in this case, about Destiny franchise.
-
Yes, and if you don't like it, you can F off.
And you wonder why with posts like this Bungie hasnt replied to any since mid day yesterday.
until I see an official Bungie statement,
You have seen them. You choose to discount them because you dont like where you saw it.
-
Poor guys, they are feeling bad after someone told to F off, what a shame:( I am feeling like a parrot. Yes, I do discount them, because they are not publical statements. If you are too dumb to understand it, stop hitting your head against the wall then
-
He's not moderation.
-
The moderation I was referring to was for the Bungie Foundation's twitch channel, where people we being moderated for spamming #FixTapir.
-
Fair - I thought you meant the ishi guy above
-
No worries.
