I've cleared the Xbox Series X cache and the Xbox Windows App cache and restarted both and I am still getting the error. I didn't do anything on the PS5, since none of that worked on the Xbox or the PC.
Also, I restarted my home internet then restarted the Xbox again. Still getting Weasel codes.

same here was perfectly fine after update yesterday but today just keep getting weasel error code

I have also ran into this issue after the update. Sadly, I had this issue prior and at some point it seemed to have resolved itself. Now, it's back. So I have uninstalled and won't be playing Destiny. Ever since Light Fall, I have been constantly weaseled out of high-end activities, and have spent countless hours revising my network and troubleshooting. It's no longer worth it to me. I have NEVER had this issue with other games, and my library is large. Fix your game and maybe someday I will be able to enjoy it again.
